The Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce hosts dozens of programs and events each year.
Our member events include monthly network opportunities, professional development
workshops and seminars, and special annual events. The Chamber also hosts some of
Peterborough’s marquee events that are also open to the community.
Monthly networking events include our:
- Business After Hours - 1st Tuesday of each month from 4 – 6 p.m.
- Breakfast Club - 2nd Tuesday of each month from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
- Young Professionals Group (formerly Club Laurus) – 4th Thursday
of each month 5 – 7 p.m.
Special events open to our members include our bi-annual New Member Reception, the Annual Gala and our 2 golf events; the Annual Golf Tournament the 2nd Tuesday in June and the 9'n Dine in
August.
Our marquee events include the very successful Prosperity Business to Business Tradeshow every September. This show offers booths exclusively to Chamber members only, however admission to the show is open to the public. The Chamber also annually hosts Peterborough’s Business Excellence Awards during Small Business
Week in October. This event recognizes and honours local businesses who have demonstrated a passion for Excellence and awards are given in 19 categories including the prestigious Business Citizen of the Year.
